Brandwhiz.ai is a product of Sociowhiz (https://sociowhiz.com). Sociowhiz is the legal operator of the Brandwhiz.ai platform and is responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the service. Any references to 'we', 'us' or 'Brandwhiz.ai' in this policy mean Sociowhiz, operating the Brandwhiz.ai product.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, such as your name, work email, company and any details you include when booking a demo. When you use the platform we also store the brand assets, personas, briefs and content you create, including AI-generated drafts, images, captions and strategy documents, along with basic usage data needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
Your information is used to provide the service, generate content against your brand persona, publish to the accounts you connect, respond to enquiries and send service updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private brand assets to train public models. AI-generated content is produced for your review and approval only and is not shared outside your workspace without your instruction.
AI-generated content and data use
Brandwhiz.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, captions, strategy suggestions and publishing plans based on the brand information and prompts you provide. All AI-generated output is created as a draft for your review and must be approved by you or a designated team member before it is published to any connected social account. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced on your behalf, and you remain responsible for the final published content. We process the inputs you provide solely to deliver the service to you and do not retain them for any unrelated purpose.
Connected social accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X, we store the access tokens required to publish on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access immediately. Content published through our platform is published under your own account and subject to the terms of each social network.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Liability and third-party platforms
We facilitate content creation and publishing, but we are not liable for the content you or your team approve and publish. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with the terms, policies, advertising rules and laws applicable to each social network and jurisdiction in which you operate. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, trademark, defamation, consumer protection, data protection and advertising-disclosure laws.
